Description

It is an organic brown seed flaxseed from Biocop brand founded in 1975. It contains vegetable source of omega 3, minerals, vitamins C and E. It has large amounts of soluble fiber which makes it effective to prevent constipation and regulate intestinal transit. It provides antioxidants that favor the balance of free radicals in the body. It is a vegetable source of fatty acids such as omega 3 and 6 that favor the regulation of fat levels in the blood. Flaxseeds contain digestive enzymes, natural molecules to digest food.

Instructions for use

Use whole, ground or in oil. Consume 1 to 2 tablespoons of the product per day. Mix with yogurt, juices or smoothies. Consume to taste.
