Description

Concentrate of traditional miso soup from organic farming and barley, ideal for dressing salads or sauces. It is recommended for use as a salty condiment to add in cooking vegetable dishes or to prepare sauces. It has a low salt concentration and a shorter fermentation time. Once the product has been opened, keep it in the fridge and protected from sunlight.

Instructions for use

Mix 1 teaspoon miso per cup of water or broth. Heat but do not boil
