Soy sauce, made with organic and wheat-free soybeans, with a strong and intense flavour, which is ideal for seasoning a multitude of meat or fish dishes among others. Made using the traditional Japanese method of liquid fermentation at room temperature, decanted and unfiltered, which helps to preserve all its characteristics of smell, taste and colour.

It helps to enhance the flavours, being an ideal substitute for salt.
