Description

Pureed Umeboshi is prepared by removing the stone from the umé plum (Japanese variety of plum) and mashing the flesh. It stands out for its citric acid content that alkalizes, promoting intestinal transit and stimulating the liver. It has a high content of vitamins and minerals, mainly iron, calcium and phosphorus. It is ideal as a dressing in dressings, rice, pasta. Etc. It allows to easily prepare condiments and sauces for salad, replacing vinegar; as pate, spread on a slice of bread, tortilla, etc..
