Umeboshi Entera is a tanned umé plum, a Japanese variety of plum, which is dried and salted in barrels with sea salt and shiso leaves. Ideal with rice, salad or pasta. Sour and salty taste. It stands out for its citric acid contribution that alkalinizes, favoring the intestinal transit and stimulating the liver. It has a high content of vitamins and minerals, mainly iron, calcium and phosphorus. It is recommended to take them with rice, salad or pasta. Store in a cool, dry place.
