Coconut oil mix for food seasoning. It is made of medium chain triglycerides that provide 60% caprylic acid and 40% capric acid. These fatty acids of 8 and 10 carbons are digested, absorbed and metabolised in water, and do not participate directly in lipogenesis. Recommended for seasoning salads, vegetables, rice, legumes, sauces and hummus. It is recommended to use in raw foods, and not to exceed 120ºC of temperature. Suitable for vegans.
