Description

Dupuy green lentils, dried from certified organic farming. Cultivated at more than 1100 meters of altitude. Known for their benefits in a balanced diet. They provide carbohydrates, fats and proteins. They contain fibres that favour intestinal and digestive health, as well as providing a greater feeling of satiety. Rich in iron, a mineral necessary for the production of hemoglobin. Lentil proteins contribute to the formation of muscle and vitamins A, B1 and E which act as antioxidants. Source of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and folic acid. It is a vegan product. Suitable for daily family consumption.

Instructions for use

-Wash the lentils with cold water, boil in clean water for 10 to 30 minutes. -Consume to taste.
