Description

Coarse bulgur wheat semolina, presented in a transparent bag of 500gr. The cereal is obtained from a coarse semolina that is cooked, dried and then fermented. This organic food produced by Biográ is 100% wheat semolina. The cereal produced contains abundant amounts of iron, phosphorus and magnesium, as well as vitamins and fibre. It is a precooked food, so its cooking is optional and very fast.

It may contain traces of sesame, dairy products, soya, nuts and/or celery. The nutritional values per 100gr are: 1.4gr saturated fats, 2.5gr sugars and 0.02gr salt. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is not suitable for people with low sugar diets or who suffer from irritable bowel. It contains gluten, so it is not recommended for coeliacs.

Instructions for use

Soak the bulgur, drain and cook with the rest of the ingredients.
