Description

Black rice from China, also known as forbidden rice as it was only for the consumption of the emperor and his court. It can be used to boil or make paella, rice casserole, soups, salads or to accompany any dish. Cultivated in the Po Valley, Italy.

Instructions for use

Cook for 45 to 55 minutes. The ratio is 1-3 (1 cup of rice to 3 cups of water).
