Biotona Fung-Immun consists exclusively of mushroom mycelium, i.e. the filamentous underground roots that contain the highest amounts of β-glucans.
These mushrooms are cultivated under perfectly controlled conditions on an allergen- and gluten-free substrate made of brown rice. After harvesting, they are dried and ground in a cold process to preserve their heat-sensitive enzymes and break down the fibres to improve digestion.
