Description

Biretix Complete Anti-Blemish Protocol is a facial care pack consisting of a Cleanser 75ml, a Tri-Active Gel exfoliating gel 50ml and a Hydramat Day Light Fluid SPF30 50ml.

The facial cleanser helps to cleanse impurities and remove excess oil. The exfoliator is particularly suitable for acne-prone skin and helps to purify and prevent the appearance of blemishes on the face. The fluid helps protect oily or acne-prone skin from the sun's rays while controlling sebum production and helping to keep skin clean and healthy.

Instructions for use

Cleanser and Exfoliator:

  • Apply to lightly dampened facial skin and massage in.

  • Rinse with plenty of water.

Fluid:

  • Apply to facial skin at least 30 minutes before sun exposure.

  • Reapply every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating.

Composition

  • Cleanser: BIOPEP-15, Piroctone olamine, Aloe vera, Hamamelis virginiana extract, Propolis extract, Seaweed extract.

  • Tri-Active Gel: RetinSphere® Technology (hydroxypinacolone retinoate and retinol glycospheres), BIOPEP 15, 2% Salicylic Acid, 15% Glycolic Acid, 5% Niacinamide.

  • Hydramat Day SPF30: Long-lasting moisturising complex (hyaluronic acid, arginine), Sebum-regulating system (zinc, niacinamide, vitamin E), "Skin Smoother" mattifying system, Broad spectrum UV chemical filter system with SPF30.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 and is water-soluble. It penetrates the skin through the stratum corneum and has multiple functions: it helps maintain the barrier function, prevents skin dehydration, promotes collagen and elastin synthesis, counteracts the formation of wrinkles and promotes skin elasticity.

It is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and is a protective shield against free radicals that damage the skin, either by solar radiation or pollution in urban environments. It also has a sebum-regulating effect (very interesting for acne-prone skin) and a depigmenting effect (useful for skin with hyperpigmentation). Even skin with rosacea can benefit, provided the product is correctly formulated and suitable for sensitive skin. It can also be found in hair products.

When choosing the most suitable cosmetic, we must assess the concentration of niacinamide and the other ingredients in the formulation. The overall effect depends on the finished product as a whole.
