Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Shake before use.

Take one 10 ml vial a day, directly or dissolved in a glass of water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach.

Do not exceed this dose.
