- Always wash your hands and work surface before preparing the bottle.
- Pour the required amount of cold water (bottled water recommended by your doctor) into a clean bottle.
- Use only the measuring spoon from this box. Add the appropriate number of tablespoons, using the rim of the can to remove excess. Replace the measuring spoon under the lid and close the bottle by pressing on the centre of the lid.
- Close the bottle with the sealing disc and screw on the plastic ring. Shake for 10 seconds horizontally and then 10 seconds vertically, without rolling the bottle between your hands.
- Unscrew slightly and allow to cool if desired, then shake the bottle again. Remove the sealing disc and plastic ring and insert the teat. Check the temperature of the formula inside the wrist before giving the bottle to the baby.
- After feeding, clean the bottle and accessories with soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and leave to dry in a clean place. Store the bottle closed.
