Description
Dietary supplement in soluble powder format, vanilla flavoured, suitable for making shakes especially in weight loss treatments. Ideal to be eaten for breakfast, snacks or as a dessert, as it can be prepared as a shake, cream or mousse.
Its formula low in lipids and carbohydrates, while high in protein, provides a feeling of satiety and raises energy levels throughout the day.
The shake is composed of high quality natural proteins, such as milk, egg and soy derivatives, which contribute to optimal digestion and absorption of nutrients.
It is the ideal complement to prevent the recovery of lost weight, in low-calorie diets that are low in carbohydrates and fats, but high in protein.
Instructions for use
Smoothie:
-Pour the contents of three level doses into 220ml of cold water.
-Stir vigorously or with a blender until dissolved.
Cream:
-Slowly pour the contents of three level doses into 115ml of cold water.
-Stir with a whisk or fork until dissolved.
-Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30min (until a firm consistency is obtained).
Mousse:
-Same preparation as cream, incorporating an egg white and stirring vigorously or with a whisk.
-Refrigerate for a few minutes.
Composition
Milk protein, cocoa powder (14.2%), thickeners: carboxymethyl cellulose, starch, salt, vegetable fat, sweeteners: aspartame (contains a source of phenylalanine) and acesulfame potassium, flavouring, methionine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, acidity regulator: magnesium oxide, emulsifier: soya lecithin.
