Bonusan L-5 Tryptophan Plus 60caps is a dietary supplement that helps to regulate sleep and wake cycles.

Its formula contains L-Tryptophan, folate, and B vitamins: ingredients that help to regulate sleep, as well as to maintain normal psychological function.

Instructions for use

If there is no different advice, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day at least half an hour before meals, or half an hour before going to sleep. Preferably with (a glass of) fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of difficulty swallowing, the capsule can be opened.
