Description

Bonusan Multi Natal Activo 60 Tablets is a supplement that helps pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers by providing the vitamins, minerals, and folic acid they need for the proper development of the fetus. In addition to folic acid, this supplement contains vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B6 and iron that support the body in case of fatigue. Thanks to folic acid, it promotes the development of the fetal nervous system and also reduces fatigue during pregnancy. It provides the maximum possible amount of vitamins and minerals in a natural and biologically absorbable form. It also contains vitamin C enriched with a complex of bioflavonoids. This supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year old and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Furthermore, medical advice should always take precedence.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
