Description

N-acetyl-L-cysteine is a highly absorbable form of cysteine, a conditionally essential amino acid used for the production of glutathione.

Instructions for use

If there is no different advice, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day at least half an hour before meals or two hours after meals. Preferably with a light snack that is easy to digest without proteins. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of difficulty swallowing, the capsule can be opened.
