Description

Brown rice stored unhulled for optimum preservation. The husking process is carried out in a staggered way according to its consumption. The quality of the rice of Calasparra is produced by the area where it is cultivated, the mountainous environment and the quality of the water of the crops contribute in the high quality of the rice.

Instructions for use

To prepare: Wash the rice in a bowl full of water, stirring by hand, place under the tap, put 1 part rice with 1 and 1/2 parts cold water in the pot, cover and put on the fire. Boil for 10 minutes over moderate heat, cook for 40 minutes over very low heat. Rest for 10 minutes with the fire off.
Uncover and serve.
