Description

Semi brown rice Calasparra Ecological with D.O. Calasparra. The quality and the prestige of the Calasparra rice are a consequence of the characteristics of the zone where it is cultivated: the purity of the waters, the climatology of the place, the particular disposition of the small plots in mountainous and broken zones of the Segura river and its affluent the Mundo river, the use of selected seeds and especially the system of biological culture, which does not exhaust the wealth of the ground.

Instructions for use

- Wash the rice in a bowl full of water, stirring by hand; Strain under the tap: Put 1 part rice to 2 parts water.
- Heat the water and when it is boiling put the rice and cover.
- Cook for approximately 40 minutes over low heat. This cooking suggestion allows the rice to remain loose.
Store in a cool, dry place.
