Description

Instructions for use

Composition

Fish oil rich in Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), magnesium oxide, bulking agent: borage oil, millet seed extract (Panicum milliaceum) rich in methionine, L-cystine, thickener (E-901), iron sulfate, emulsifier (E-322), vitamin E, nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, zinc oxide, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12. L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
