Casen Hydro Oral Serum 5.4g 8 pcs is a liquid solution that contains mineral salts and with a pleasant orange flavour. It can supplement your diet by providing minerals to your body, strengthening it in times of imbalance.
Its formula, in addition to being sweetened with artificial sweeteners and sugar, has sodium, chlorine and potassium , substances that help to boost nutrient levels in your body and to recover the mineral salts lost from diarrhoea or vomiting.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of approximately 250 ml of water.

This product was first recommended to me in Mallorca when I was suffering from dehydration. The taste is fine, the suspension is sufficiently different in color from "normal" water to avoid confusion. If you have been sweating a lot, the product is a good way to balance your electrolyte levels.
