Description

Large sized galets made with durum wheat semolina, from certified organic farming, which are ideal for the preparation of the typical Christmas broth and other soup dishes.

They are a great source of vitamins B3, B4 and B9, essential in the formation of red blood cells, which also favour a higher energy metabolism, and vitamin K, which helps to improve blood circulation.

Instructions for use

-When the water or broth is boiling, salt and toss the pasta.
