Description

Kuzu powder, 100% organic, indicated for use as a thickener in gastronomic preparations. It acts as a binder in sauces, compotes, processed dishes and jellies. It is a starch obtained from the Pueraria Lobata plant, and used in traditional Chinese medicine. It contains detoxifying properties for the body, which facilitate the elimination of toxins. Packaged without preservatives or artificial flavours. Ecocert certified.

Instructions for use

• 1 tablespoon of the product equals 3 tablespoons of flour.

• 1 ½ tablespoon of the product equals 3 tablespoons of arrowroot.

• 4 ½ tablespoons of the product equals 3 tablespoons of maize starch.
