Japanese style umeboshi vinegar, made from umé plums, salted plums that after a long process to become vinegar, have natural probiotic properties. Ideal for the preparation of vinaigrettes, salads, rice or vegetables, among others, providing a flavour similar to miso.

It provides digestive enzymes, which help prevent intestinal inflammation, promote digestion and detoxification of the body.
