Superfine oat flakes, designed to complement breakfasts, snacks and many cooking recipes. Oats are a highly nutritious cereal, rich in protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fibre, including beta-glucans. Superfine oat flakes are instant and do not need to be cooked.

The beneficial effect on the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels is obtained with a daily dose of 3g of beta-glucans.
