How to take Centrum® Multivitamins and Multiminerals

Take 1 tablet a day during one of the main meals, either during breakfast or lunch, with plenty of water.

VITAMIN A, BETA-CAROTENE, VITAMIN E, VITAMIN C, FOLIC ACID, VITAMIN B1, VITAMIN B2, NIACINAMIDE, VITAMIN B6, VITAMIN B12, VITAMIN D, BIOTIN, PANTOTHENIC ACID, CALCIUM, PHOSPHORUS, IODINE, IRON, MAGNESIUM, COPPER, LUTEIN.
