The glasses are as described. The temples are made of soft plastic so that the child does not break them if he opens them too much when taking them off. They are lightweight which makes them comfortable. I bought size 24+ for a 20 month old and they fit him very well in size, they may even last him the whole year, if he doesn't lose them... I definitely think they are a good buy for a reasonable price to protect the eyes of our little ones as long as possible.
