Description

Dietary supplement, in sublingual tablet format, based on Melatonin, which is indicated to help reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Melatonin is a natural hormone, produced by the body, which regulates the internal clock in the wake-sleep cycle.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. - Allow one tablet to dissolve under the tongue half an hour before going to bed.

Composition

Maltodextrin, Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Stabilizer: Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, Melatonin, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids.
