Description

CimiNocta is a supplement that is specially formulated to relieve symptoms caused by menopause or premenopause, such as hot flashes, tiredness, fatigue, difference in hormonal activity or sleep disturbances. This dietary supplement can be consumed by people with celiac disease, egg intolerance, allergic to milk protein or lactose intolerance. Its formulation is based on extract of black cohosh (improves hot flashes, sweating and nervousness), melatonin (helps with insomnia) and vitamin B6 (promotes hormonal balance). This product comes in a box with 30 capsules. It is recommended to take one a day, about 30 minutes before bedtime. It should be noted that this is a dietary supplement that should never replace a balanced daily diet. It should not be administered to children.

Instructions for use

Take one (1) capsule daily at bedtime for at least 2 months.

Composition

Cimicifuga racemosa extract 4-9:1 20 mg, Melatonin 1 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg 100%NRV. NRV: Nutrient Reference Values. The beneficial effect of melatonin is achieved with an intake of 1 mg, to help sleep. 0 g sugar content.

You may have heard the term "circadian rhythms" and not known exactly what it refers to. To regulate melatonin levels, it is also essential to introduce a proper sleep routine and habits. For example, avoiding having a late dinner, establishing regular schedules, avoiding caffeine at least 6 hours before going to bed and avoiding using electronic devices at night. If mild insomnia persists, other symptoms appear or if you are taking some kind of medication, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
