In 1846, doctors Austin Iglesia and John Dwight began to manufacture and sell baking soda. Fourteen years later this product was presented in cookbooks and in 1930 it began to be advertised as a proven medical agent.
Cinfa's baking soda is for food use and comes in a 200g or 750g jar. It is used in symptomatic treatments of digestive system disorders related to gastric hyperacidity, i.e., indigestion, heartburn and heartburn.In addition, it can be used as a urinary alkalizing agent in cases of uric acid kidney stones and mild acute metabolic acidosis.
