Description

Oily and dirty hair is an alteration that many people suffer and that, in many cases, is difficult to combat. Specific treatments are the perfect solution to keep your hair healthy and clean at all times.

Citia sebum-regulating shampoo is an anti-seborrheic treatment that treats seborrheic dermatitis and other skin conditions. Eliminates dandruff build-up on the scalp, thanks to its non-aggressive cleansing base, and visibly softens all hair.

It contains zinc to allow a more concrete control of the scalp flora, restoring its normal balance. You will be able to completely senate the hair and improve its texture and quality.

Healthy, totally clean hair!

Instructions for use

Apply to wet hair and gently rub the scalp until it has a rich lather. Rinse with warm water and repeat if necessary.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a skin condition that usually affects the scalp. It can also affect other oily areas of the body such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.

Persistent scaling with itching or discomfort usually occurs. Its formation is related to excessive activity of the sebaceous glands and alteration of the skin microbiome (overgrowth of fungi of the genus Malassezia). It can be aggravated by the effect of some medications.

Certain factors can trigger the appearance of seborrhoeic dermatitis, so it is advisable to keep them at bay or take preventive measures: stress, extreme temperatures, oily skin or skin with underlying acne, excessive alcohol consumption or obesity.

To improve seborrhoeic dermatitis, it is recommended to use non-irritating face soaps and/or shampoos with specific ingredients to counteract the problem (sebum-regulating, soothing, keratolytic, antipruritic, plant extracts with antiseptic and antifungal properties, etc.). In the case of shampoos, I recommend alternating their use with another very gentle and balancing cleanser. In a facial routine, as well as a specific facial cleanser, complete the treatment with an emulsion that includes some of the ingredients described above, and oil-free sunscreen. I recommend avoiding soaps that are too astringent, as well as cosmetics with too much of an oily phase, so as not to increase the sebum in the skin.
