Matcha green tea powder, from organically grown leaves in southern Japan, which is ideal for making hot drinks, pastries or sushi.
It provides a powerful flavour, fine and bitter at the same time, as well as an intense green colour.
Matcha tea is a good antioxidant for the body and promotes a higher energy metabolism.
Add 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) in 30ml of hot water and stir vigorously.
