White miso paste made from fermented rice and soybeans. White miso is only fermented for 2 to 8 weeks, unlike other misos that are fermented for up to 3 years. It is creamy, rich and slightly sweet. Ideal for mixing into light soups, making sauces or dressings, spreads and is a great substitute for dairy products such as mashed potatoes.
Refrigerate once opened and use within 2 months. Miso darkens naturally over time, it does not affect its quality.
