Description

Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea is grown in the lush hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climate and soil conditions that produce some of Japan's finest teas. Also known as blue tea, it is midway between a black tea and a green tea.

The production process involves partially fermenting the tea and then steaming it to capture the unique balance of rich, soothing flavours with no bitter aftertaste. Oolong tea is particularly popular in the East for drinking after meals. Edible according to Jewish law and suitable for vegans.

Instructions for use

Boil fresh water and pour over the tea bag. For best flavour, infuse for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
