Description

Clinically proven toothpaste to strengthen teeth and to provide the refreshing breath of a gel. Combines a paste and a gel. Helps protect teeth against cavities, leaving the whole mouth feeling fresh and clean.

Instructions for use

Brush twice daily. Children 6 years and younger: Use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. Safety Warning: In case of fluoride ingestion from other sources, consult a dentist or physician. Keep out of reach of children.

Composition

Water, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, PEG-12, Flavor*, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Fluoride, CI 74160, CI 77891. Contains: sodium monofluorophosphate and sodium fluoride Total fluoride content: 1450 ppm. *aroma (> 100 ppm): anethole, carvone, eucalyptol, isomentone, Mentha viridis (peppermint) leaf oil, menthol, menthone, menthyl acetate.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels, creams and lotions for topical application, it has a well-known cooling effect, as well as being a mild antiseptic and analgesic. These properties make it suitable for mitigating joint and muscle discomfort in the context of exercise or daily wellness.

It is also used as an ingredient in cosmetics that can help to refresh and soothe the itching caused by eczema or dermatitis. In hair products, such as shampoos, it provides freshness. And in the oral health category, it is often present in toothpaste and mouthwashes, as it will contribute to a fresh breath.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, and in young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
