Complidermol 5Alfa 60caps is a food supplement with a complete formulation specially studied to correct deficiencies in essential elements that may affect the correct metabolism of hair and nails.

It is a product recommended for seasonal hair loss and for people with brittle and dull hair and nails.

Instructions for use

  • Take 1 or 2 capsules a day for at least two months with plenty of liquid.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.

I have not been able to test it because I have not received it. It was supposed to take two days and they were supposed to ship it to a pickup point I chose. The shipment took six days, they sent it to a different pickup point and without notice. I had to send an email to find out where my package was. When I pick it up at another point I see that the product has nothing to do with what I ordered. After 10 days I am still waiting to see how they will solve this. Product paid for and still not received.
