The support holds the testicles very well without moving them. Very discreet. Can be worn all day, even at night, without any discomfort. It lifts the testicles and holds them still. The penis hole is well positioned, but personally I think it's too big. The penis tends to retract. Personally, I had to sew up the opening a bit to reduce the size, of course, but I had to be careful with the diameter of the penis when it was very erect, so that it wouldn't be too tight. I'm sorry there's no size 11. I also regret that there aren't several colors. The white color really looks like a hospital. Personally, the last 5 I bought I dyed red. I'm sorry that the penis opening system doesn't have any adjustment, even a self-tightening lace to match the diameter of the penis. Or an elastic band around the penis hole, but with a soft elastic band so as not to tighten...
