Cumlaude helps you get a tan more even and faster in addition to slowing photoaging and reduce the appearance of skin blemishes.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.

Take 1 capsule a day during and after exposure to the sun or artificial UV rays.

Food supplements should not replace a balanced and/or healthy diet.

In addition to taking these capsules, we must protect our skin with topical sunscreen.

Using sunscreen is essential to protect our skin from the sun's rays. But for it to be effective, we must remember to apply it every 2 hours, after bathing, physical activity or sweating. This protective action can be boosted by taking dietary supplements, a balanced diet, and wearing accessories such as sunglasses or wide-brimmed hats.

It is also a good idea to apply aftersun after sun exposure so that the skin recovers moisture and maintains antioxidants. If you are taking photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is especially important to follow these recommendations. If you develop blisters, fever, or a headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.
