Gel bag that helps to treat various joint ailments. Its outer bag is super resistant and can be used both in cold and heat. In heat mode it is designed to relieve contractures and muscle aches in general while in cold mode is to help relieve bruises, sprains, headaches, reduce swelling, stop nosebleeds and reduce inflammation in the chest.
When cold, keep the bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before application. Apply the pack in your fudsa for periods not exceeding 20 minutes.
In hot, in a microwave of normal power introduce the pack 40 seconds.
