Description

Dietary supplement in tablet form, made from L-cystine of vegetable origin, L-arginine, vitamin B6 and zinc, which is indicated for use in people with weakened, devitalized, thin or brittle nails and hair. It contributes to strengthen and protect them from external aggressions.

It favours the proliferation of cells rich in keratin, which positively influences the growth of hair and nails.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 4 tablets a day in 1 or 2 doses, with meals.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
