Gluten free corn maltodextrin

Description

It is a corn maltodextrin composed of a combination of 19% dextrose and 81% starch.
It acts as a solid dispersant to introduce other thickeners such as gelatins, gums, pectins, etc. into liquids. Nutritionally it is a starch and its metabolism follows the same circuit as the rest of carbohydrates. For use in dairy products, jams, white candies, sauces, beverages, beers, soups, ice creams and chocolates. Gluten free. With a glycemic index of 85.
