Description

A herbal Dietary supplement that helps to improve the quality of sleep for a better awakening in the morning. Help'Sommeil organic bud complex helps to improve the quality of sleep. It contains:
- Linden : for its soothing and draining properties, it promotes sleep and helps to increase its duration.
- Downy birch : is an anti-asthenic that can be of great help in mild depression.

Instructions for use

Take 10 to 15 drops in a small glass of water 15 minutes before meals (1 dose per day) for 21 days. We recommend that you renew the 21-day cure one month after the first one.

Particular cases : Pregnant woman: reduce the daily dose to 5 drops. Children from 1 year of age: 2 drops per 10 kilos.
