Description

This hot/cold gel pack can be used both hot and cold to help relieve pain caused by injuries, bruises or hematomas. Its cold function improves muscle and joint pain, as well as improves swelling and circulation in bruises and sprains.

The heat function improves pain from lumbago, torticollis or rheumatism. Its reusable and durable design is practical and comfortable to wear.

Instructions for use

Apply on the indicated area previously cleaned and dried. To use the bag with heat, heat in a bain-marie for about 5 minutes. For cold use, place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
