Dexeryl Shower Cream 200ml is a shower cream that helps to cleanse the skin while hydrating dry and/or atopic skin.
Formulated with petroleum jelly and paraffin that provide a barrier to the skin and protect it from the harsh environment, along with glycerol. Additionally, it contains no soap or perfume and has a rich texture.
Indicated for all skin types, suitable for babies, children, and adults.

Dexeryl products do not disappoint. I had tried other products in the range and this one, like the rest, is very good. Used for eczema due to dry skin, and in conjunction with the emollient cream of the same brand, I have had results within a week. Better than much more expensive products.
