Eryssum, also known as Herba del cantor, is traditionally used as an infusion for its expectorant, anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic properties, which help to improve throat discomforts, such as irritation or ailments that can lead to hoarseness or dry cough.

Instructions for use

Infuse the grass in a cup with boiling water, let stand 5-10 minutes, strain and drink.
