Dr. Schar brand brings a food paste enriched with gluten-free ingredients. It is mainly composed of rice flour, corn and pea protein. It has been elaborated without the addition of preservatives or chemical additives. It is an ideal food for special diets in which processed flours and sugars are excluded. The pasta does not contain lactose, wheat starch, eggs and milk. Dr. Schar's pasta is mainly used for making soup recipes. It is a balanced food source for people with gluten intolerance.
