Long-term effectiveness? Not yet used often enough. Nevertheless, already in the short term: very pleasant; I appreciate its fresh, non-greasy side and it smells very good. Never disappointed by Dr Valnet's products. One suggestion: perhaps it would be easier to use in an atomizer.
