Organic butter with a smoked flavour reminiscent of nuts thanks to its processing, it is heated for a long time. It has been obtained by eliminating the water, proteins and sugars from the butter, leaving the fatty part. Ideal for spreading, for making savory or sweet dishes or frying.
May contain traces of lactose and milk proteins.
