Description

Dietary supplement of Magnesium Citrate. Magnesium is an essential mineral for the body, however, and due to the type of food, there may be a deficit of it especially in athletes. Magnesium, among others, is related to tiredness and fatigue, bone maintenance, normal protein synthesis and very important in muscle contraction. We have chosen the best source of magnesium - magnesium citrate - which improves bioavailability.

Pack of 90 tablets of 844.75 mg. Total weight 76.03 g (2.7 oz). Mineral based dietary supplement. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place. The magnesium we use is in the form of magnesium citrate. Magnesium citrate is the most bioavailable form of magnesium, i.e. the best absorbed by the body. In addition, this way of adding magnesium avoids gastric discomfort and laxative effects typical of other sources.

Instructions for use

Take 1-5 tablets daily, accompanied by a glass of water.

Composition

Magnesium in citrate form 9.876 g/63.720. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. No artificial colors, preservatives or added sugars.
