Description

Sap extracted from the nectar of the flower of the coconut palm tree, which through heating processes evaporates to create sugar crystals. With a pleasant caramel flavor and slightly toasted, so it is especially delicious in the preparation of desserts or milkshakes. Excellent alternative to other types of sweeteners and is also rich in potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron, and is a natural source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and C. Gluten free.
